What had happened was: Mosey around Mount X and circle up for dome stretching and limbering up. Mosey to fire pit for dome dips and inclined murkins. Mosey to COT and partner up. P1 run around :x: and P2 do various exercises on board until P1 gets back and switch. 10 rounds per team. Mosey to back parking lot for lunge walks and squats at every other line. Repeat back. Indian run around parking lot to COT. Ab work called out by pax. Time. Maple Syrup is turning into a gazelle. Chainsaw is fighting an injured shoulder without complaining. Draper keeps pushing himself. Doughboy sold his house and everyone is invited for a sleepover at his new house at Lake Wylie. Rockwell enjoyed all the lunges and squats as he looks forward to Off the Chain starting back up tonight. Falcon was excited his boys are home from State. Mayhem was present and snuck into the family photo. Spitz was still excited at UNC’s win Saturday. It was great seeing Sledge-O-Matic back at workouts! Great job today boys.
