10 runners for a pyramid of intervals on Ridgehaven/Carrington + 2 ruckers. Really good consistent efforts out there as we ran up and down the shaft.
Intervals: 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min, 1 min @ 5k pace w/ equal recovery
