When I saw Ice9 and Kid Rock roll up this morning, I was giddy as a kid at a candy store, then I saw Jingles roll in and I realized that we had everyone from GTE24 (the GrowRuck Training Event in Charlotte).

I was so excited to see everyone that I forgot to share the DiCCS and we went straight to rucks on and rolling into the gloom to retrieve something else from GTE24, The Moon Log.

We brought the log back into the light of the parking lot and set it down for a quick warm up and to figure out our height. When we picked it up again we wouldn’t be setting it down until we put it back.

We do log stuff, there is some talk of splinters in the groin and upper thighs, and then more log stuff. No penalties for dropped logs and we had sandbags for those who aren’t carrying the log.

We returned the log and ruck around at a fellowship pace to ask/answer questions.

We hung onto the sandbags and a few pax start running laps around the rest of us while carrying the sandbags.

That’s time. Return the sandbags to their owners and finish up with COT and more rucking discussions.
