Our first exercise had us split into team Chaos and team not-Chaos. As a team, we ran opposite directions around to the other side of the pitch and did 5 Windshield Wipers. First team done got to grab one several water balloons and throw them at the other team. Continue back to beginning with 5 more Windshield Wipers, winning team drenching the losing team.
Next, everyone grabbed a water balloon and ran across the pitch, did 5 squat thrusts throwing the balloon into the air and catching it each time. Run back, if your balloon didn’t pop, dad’s got hit with the balloon. Repeat with skipping, then either bear crawl or crab walk.
Once we were good and wet, we moseyed down to the bathroom for wall squats. One 2.0 would toss a balloon to each Pax, going down the line. If they caught it and threw it back, they got to stop the wall squat. We lined up youngest to oldest, so us dads were doing wall squats for awhile. Each 2.0 got a chance to toss down the line.
Mosey back to the soccer pitch, dads vs 2.0’s, where the 2.0’s won by grabbing the pink balloons and putting them in their bucket.
We ended by throwing all remaining balloons, and cleaning up. Pretty sure we got all 200+ balloons cleaned up!!!
Headed back to COT, named our FNK’s, and ate popsicles – thanks to Dunkin and his 2.0’s for supplying them!. Great way to end a Thursday night. We are all very lucky to have some great 2.0’s!!!!! Welcome Hammerhead and Marble!!!
