What had happened was: After a sleepless night my mind was elseware but we managed to put my apparently unclear instructions to work.

A lap between each 3 sets on the bleachers but one person at top and one person at the bottom while one person carried the sandbag down rotated and the next carried the sandbag up. We did this with various exercises at the top and bottom.
