What had happened was:
A good turnout today with the convergence, and a few pax new to the dysfunction. What we did:

Warmup
Pogo jumps
Good mornings

2 rounds
Low slow squats / goblet squats
Standing knee tucks to chest / 1 leg weight pass
Reverse lunge and knee drive
Step ups with eccentric step down
Kick stand rdl / 1 leg RDL
Calf raises 3 ways / 1 leg calf raises
Banded wall sits with pulse
Banded march
Fire hydrants
Kick backs
1 leg Glute bridges (forgot the 1st round so doubled up the 2nd round)
Dead bugs with weights
Sumo deadlifts (2nd round)
Skater hops – stick landing
