YHC took the 1st guest Q at SLD. To balance the whining about the exercises, everyone seemed to love the music playlist.
Workout was simple, yet effective. Each rep required a 4 count descent, pause, then return to start.
3 rounds of:
– Single leg glute bridge x 10
– Single leg stiff legged deadlift x 10
– KB squats x 15
– 3 way calf raises x 20
– Banded fire hydrants x 10
– Low plank (round 1 = 60 sec / round 2 = 90 sec / round 3 = 120 sec)
