What had happened was: Long mosey to the track for a mini murph with 400s. The Murph will be here soon. Followed it up with some intervals on the track and bleachers with burpees.

Singlet – Justin Nelson Deadwood and Bottlecap were out in front all morning out doing everyone.

Shriver and Mute were right behind and mixed in with the top group grinding it out.

Falcon continued to show off his speed with the sprinting. I looked, no one was chasing him.

Huge shout out to Hatchet and Black Hat stepping out of their comfort zone with a huge no quit attitude. The strides for both is impressive and everyone notices. Keep going hard or what is the point.
