Recover and pair up and grab speaker for Burpee Indian Run. Partners in back drop for burpee and run to front and grab speaker. Mosey through parking lot past buses to stairs at High School.

At High School find a spot on stairs
Calf Raises (25) – Forward, Toes in, Toes Out and repeat for set of 15
Mosey around short lap 2nd set of Calf Raises w/ arms in hand open/close fists and then mosey around up to wall
Seated Squat – Air Jabs and Shoulder Press

Mosey back down and grab speaker going back towards COT. Do a lap around Middle School parking lot before ending at COT. Finish with last set of flutters.

Moleskin:
-Objective was to ensure that pax continuously kept moving and that no one got a break or chance to wait on the 6
-Quickly learned that picked wrong spot to not have gloves and do merkins. These soft hands are made to type EFFEEs and not do merkins on rough gravel.
-Hooch and I looked like Elder Price & Cunnigham from Book of Mormon getting ready to convert General BFN in Uganda as we had healthy book club meeting and worked hard throughout out to determine how to improve the Playhouse.
-Found that some Pax handoffs of speaker looked like Olympic runners while others not so much
-Singlet – I think was working hard as he was not on repeat mode and could only audible single “Let’s Go” at any one time
-Praying that not a repeat of the calf cramps from 1st time YHC introduced the calf raised on stairs many years ago that BC reminded me about
-Fox News broadcast w/ Blue Screen was barely audible over the music
-YHC is waiting for the ifnal song to come on the radio to hit record at that right moment to complete his mix tape for a late valentine
