The Thang was timed intervals using Coupons of Arm Curls and Basket Carry Lunges, Chest Presses (in honor of Penalty Box ) and Basket Carry High Knees, Squats and Rifle Carries, and Lawnmower Pulls and Farmer Carries. Mary followed with Flutters, LBCs, Pickle Pounders, Freddie Mercuries, Gas Pumpers, Box Cutters, and various Pax selections. Mary exercise counts were determined by cards (mostly 10s = 50 counts somehow) pulled kinda randomly from an unfairly stacked deck of playing cards.
Good to see Treble (think music instead of fishing lure hook) out for Post No. 3. He crushed it and caught onto Motivators like a seasoned champ!
