Been a while since I Q’d at the floater. Did a quick pre run to map out the route.

Found few hill and all we did was grind. Everyone put in the effort. We also heard (no see) the burpee train. So 5 mins of burpee was included in the grind. 3.5 miles with a total of 75 bomb jacks/ 150 speed skaters /70 big boi sit ups / 20 lbcs in cadence/ 20 derkins/ 20 miketyson/ 10 squats and some American hammers.

Ice9 put me on the spot to share my beginner experience with f3. If you need a push to get better, all you need is to allow others to push you. That’s from my experience.
