Found few hill and all we did was grind. Everyone put in the effort. We also heard (no see) the burpee train. So 5 mins of burpee was included in the grind. 3.5 miles with a total of 75 bomb jacks/ 150 speed skaters /70 big boi sit ups / 20 lbcs in cadence/ 20 derkins/ 20 miketyson/ 10 squats and some American hammers.
