What had happened was:
11 total Pax showed up for what they may have thought would be a low mileage workout :man-running:compared to most Floater beat downs. But Rockwell is a people pleaser and the bosses today were Chastain and Easy Button. So, let’s get after it!

I gave the disclaimer but I feel like most did not hear it. Some story about “innuendo’s” was getting everyone’s attention.:thinking_face: Thank you Premature (or maybe it was Carb Load) for acknowledging that I did in fact give the disclaimer.

Off we went! About what you would expect at The Floater… warm up exercises, hills, partner work, some sprints, and more hills! Along the way we would pause from time to time with some Mary to give everyone the chance to regroup (“The Six is IN”!).

Excellent effort by ALL! Sugar Daddy always brings the heat! Based on his performance, Elmer’s should be signed up to lead all running workouts! And Damascus pushed through after suffering a popped hamstring :grimacing: mid workout… get better soon!
