WARMUP: One easy merkin, some stretching and a brief mosey.
THE THANG:
A ladder of 10 merkins and 10 big boys on incline.
Mosey
We paired up and ran two loops around a neighborhood doing burpees along the way.
Did some light posts w/ Bobby Hurley.
Then finished on the big hill.
