We left the nice pavement of FHC to Truist parking lot for warm up. Then did F1 style laps around the lot doing merkins and squats. Wanted to see if we could get the :cop: called on us by tripping the camera.
Did a dandy AB web before heading back. Wanted to do monkey jumpers in front of Pilates studio, they must sleep in because pitch dark in there. So we went to the other side in the corridor where we did shoulder work, peoples chair shoulders and whatchmacallits for 3 rounds. No one got hurt. Steps ups and dips for 3 rounds before heading back.
Found a big steep hill in the back of the parking lot. Got :athletic_shoe: and :raised_back_of_hand: wet. Run down and alternate :bear: crawl 5 burpees at the top. Did a few other things for the last 8 minutes.
Dirty :raised_back_of_hand: and free exams all month at Lycan.
