Mosey around church to top of parking lot, SSH, LSS, mountain climbers. Double 4 corners around the parking lot, with merkins x10, squats x10, 1-leg deadlifts x5, mini 4 corners of lunge walks and bear crawls. Mosey into neighborhood to low brick wall under a nice gazebo, dips and irkins on the wall. 7’s up a (not that short) hill and back with step ups on the wall and speed skaters at the top. Mosey back to COT for yoga and have a nice day. 3 miles total. Really enjoyed it fellas.
