Started off hot with five rounds of 10 merkins and 20 mountain climbers.
Partner up to split 300 bench presses while the partner does a cardio move (toe taps)
250 curls and side straddles
250 tricep extension with 10 dips into lbc’s
150 ice pickers and over head claps
100 each arm lawn mowers and reverse fly’s.
200 overhead press and morals.
1 minute left so finished out with jack web if burpee and air presses. Got to two and 8 before time called.
Moleskin:
Not quite enough rain to send Penalty box home to change his diaper (his joke, not mine).
Team rockbox (or penaltywell) bested Dunkin once today and they made sure he knew it with a loud “you need us to take any of those for you?”

Thanks for U-Haul and Penalty Box for their uplifting words in dealing with parents aging and end of life. It’s been a rough month for my Dad and currently there isn’t a light at the end of the tunnel. We are hopeful he will get healthy but currently there is no time table for him getting released from the hospital (today marks four weeks). Some dark conversations lately mostly centered around him wanting to make sure those he cares for will be taken care of when he goes. Most of that burden has fallen on my shoulders being the oldest son. Thanks to Penalty Box for taking us out.
