Pretty sure we hit all the disclaimers but the mumble rap was strong to start the morning. Grabbed are bells and headed to TITAN field.
A quick Mosey lap followed by some much needed warm up stretches and it was serpentime.
Starting at the goal line we partnered up and ran with sand bags across the width of the field then bear crawled with our bags to the 10 for 10 jump over burpees. Repeato’d that snaking across the field with stops every 10yds and increasing rep count: 20 Thrusters, 30 hurleys, 40 pushups, 50 big boys, for round 1 and the same for round 2 down to the other endzone.
Then it was time for kettlebells (and army crawls for most):
