Today we did some hard stuff. Here are some highlights:
– 4 corners with 5 merkins, 5 Diamond merkins, 5 hand release merkins, and 5 wide arm merkins. Repeato with 10 reps. Repeato with 15 reps :face_vomiting:
– Alternating squat thrusters and sandbag burpees with an 80# sand bag bear crawl drag timer
– 10 overhead presses with the KB. 10 yard lunge walk with KB. Drop the bell and bear crawl back. 5 squats with the sandbag. Carry the bag 10 yards. Sprint to the goal line and back. Repeato for 100 yards
