What had happened was: 9 for a soupy morning off campus as we ventured to the lush and large lawns of Brookmeade. 7s of dry docks and Hurleys on the hilly cul de sac to start. Mosey further in with some burpees along the way. Partner work with Tysons, speed skaters and some hand slap merkins in the middle. Mosey back, some Mary along the way, wrapped up at the back wall with punch-outs, big bois and air squats. Perhaps a bit more mileage than YHC had planned out, but hey- better a lengthy Weinke than a shorty.
Robocall did his thang and brought FNG Scott AKA “Rorschach”, which is what you get named when no one can think of any other psychology refs or jokes. Scott is a sports psychologist (get it? The inkblot test?) from Florida with Pittsburgh roots who lives in Millbridge and loves the Gators. He also has asthma- which was perfect for all the running we did at a traditionally running-lite AO. Please come back Rorschach. Please bro. :sob:
