Most of the pax at Watchtower this morning missed out on the “Chad 1000x” step up challenge yesterday, so we had to do just a few step-ups this morning (sorry U-Haul) with some partner “Bench a Flip”.
We also did some “Triple Nickel” with “Tennessee Rocking Chairs” and “Perfect Merkins”.
The usual shoulder burner was also done ahead of some “Carolina Jackass”, which was interrupted by an ab web.
