Mosey to the main strip of street lights. 8 x squats at every light. Back to the start every time for 5 x dry docks.
Wall sits. Air press x heel lifts. Air jabs x toe lifts.
Over to the bus lot. 14 x HR merkins, 13 x big boys, 12 x HR merkins, 11 x big boys….until all spots completed
Another round of wall sits to sweat some time. Wide looping run on the mosey. 3.5mi while staying on campus ain’t too shabby.
