What had happened was:

Webb on the run, light pole suicide, and ab progressive corners.

Transporter magically appeared in the Webb lineup and was front man the whole time.

ChatterBox called me out of squats a few weeks ago so today we paused at 90 degrees for 3 seconds on each one, working on form so the form police Recalc- Keith Balaniz leave us alone.
