WARMUP:

– Another lap around the lot

THE THANG:
Rounds, 1,3,5:
– 30 swings
– 20 one hand kettlebell merkins (10/10)
– 30 plank pull-throughs
– 30 big boys
– 30 heels to heaven
– Run to Target ball and back

Round 2,4,6:
– 30 rows (15 each side)
– 20 thrusters
– 20 high pulls
– 20 curls
– 20 triceps
Run to Brooklyn Pizza and back
