Exercises included the following, first round without weight, second round with weight/band:
– Prime the pump
– Deep squat
– Step ups
– Squats
– Wall sit
– Hip raises
– Fire hydrant
– Kick backs
– Elbow plank
– Calf raises
Finished off with side straddle hop, monkey humpers, and some more elbow plank.
