What had happened was: we had a good beatdown and a good time out in the gloom with the boys today. The Q rolled in on two wheels at 5:28, so he was pretty early. Started with the disclaimer and realized we had 2FNG’s in attendance. Once we got that settled, we went into some basic Boot Camp work. Some mosey, some stretching, some circuit work, some abs, and finished with some squats and calf raises to get a leg pump.

Great having our FNG’s Pittsnogle and Hasselhoff. Very excited to meet them today and hope they keep grinding in the gloom with us.

To take us out, the Q apologized for letting some low-grade profanity slip earlier in the workout. The Q had to explain to the FNG’s that he was sorry because he’s a preacher, but also certifiably crazy with real paperwork to prove it.

We closed out by lifting up our brothers Chainsaw and Tanyatine-Tim Braun as they go through various issues while caring for and honoring family members that have passed on or are close to doing so. We really asked God to grant them a comfort and a peace that only HE can grant. We also praised the Lord for our brother Premature getting back out with us after battling pneumonia and kicking its ass.

All around, a great morning with the boys out in the gloom.
