The first half
Partner relay.
A did a block carry halfway across the parking lot, 10 merkins, then return
B would do an exercise off the list.
Flapjack on return, 2 rounds per exercise.
The exercises were
Curls
Squats
Triceps
Lunges
Overhead press.
5 exercises x 2 rounds x 10 merkins = 100!
After this 100 merkin set, YHC was hoping this would take longer than it did, so a detour through the fire pit for dips, stepups, and some incline and decline merkins.
Back to COT for some lifts before a little ladder work
Leg ladder- lunge walk between parking spaces, counting up 1 to 10 monkey humpers.
Toy soldier walk back to the starting line
Arm ladder- Frankenstein with pistons at each line, 1 to 10
Back to the COT for a pax-choice Mary (even if some of the pax has unique choices for a Mary exercise). End right on time. Almost like YHC is a professional and didn’t just get lucky on the timing. Almost….
