[the_beast] Well That Was Terrible

What had happened was:

I had originally signed up to Q Watchtower as we’re around the anniversary of my first post which was coincidentally at Watchtower. Then Bottlecap and ChatterBox initiated their hostile takeover, reset expectations and nearly ruined my plans.

To enact my revenge I decided to go with an AMRAP, which based on the groans at COT before we kicked off only solidified in my mind that it was the right choice.

Opened with a mosey and then some warmups and stretches and then we got down to business.

24 Merkins
24 Squats
24 Lunges
Mosey loop around the parking lot and return to 10 Pull-Ups/Negatives

Someone asked in the beginning of Lunges if it was 2-is-1. Don’t ask me math questions that early so I said sure and then remembered that I just neatly doubled the lunges. Complete that first set and then audible back to the original amount moving forward.

Pax worked hard throughout and as the groans and disgust (mostly my own) got louder I called recover and we moved to a wall for some Presses and Jabs. 2 rounds of 30 reps for each.

Moved to the lights for some Paula Abdul work back to COT. 10 Speed Skaters at the far light and 10 Bomb Jacks coming back. Again with the math problems and and I only went up one light to start.

There were complaints and so I issued a full refund and waived the restocking fees for everyone but the Site Q’s.

Back to COT and wrapped up with some flutters before time was called.
