Mosey up and around to the school for some warm up
Warm Up:

– 15 x Imperial Walkers
– 15 x LS Squats
– 15 x Moroccan Night Club
– Jimmy Dugans: CLR
– Calf Stretch
– Downward Dog
– Upward Dog
– Runners Stretch

Head over to the main hump. We got a round of 5s. 4 x Navy Seal burpees 1st. 1 x 5 squats
Head to the front of the school. Abs. 4 x Pistol LBCs, 1 x Big Boy and 3 x Merkins to round 5
Mosey to the main straightaway. At the main light always do 5 x Jump Squats, “two spoons styles”. 10 x Mike Tyson’s at 5 different lights.
Finish with a little mosey back to COT and complete Ab rounds.
