What had happened was:
Farmer carry around the football field
Carry until arms give out, drop your weights, run a lap until you get back to your weights. Farmer carry some more and repeat until you carry for 5 laps. KILLER

At COT – Deadwood prayed for lots of things, most notable to me was the prayers for Crackhead Ted and those PAX at the workout that didn’t put in as much effort as they could have.
