Mosey to parking lot.
Warm up and stretch

Run entrance road to globe, stopping at every light pole. Alternate between Merkins x10 and Squats x10.

Mosey to MS front entrance. Ab circle of PAX choice, reps = 15.

Mosey to MS covered patio for whiteboard circuit. Reps = 15. Run across bus lot to light pole. Grab the wall for air presses and jabs. Repeat circuit, lap and wall exercises.

Mosey to student lot. Run to each lane, 10 SSH’s each stop to curb. Run back to start. Repeat but with 10 squats.

Mosey to COT for closing ab circuit.
