Worked out my jitters by forgetting how to count and side straddle hop at the same time but settled down and made our way over to the flagpole for some partner rock action. A variety of 5×100 rocky reps with running. Then made our way to Petsmart for some more partner work. Wall sits, planks, bear crawls, sprints, karaoke and side shuffles. 45 minutes fly by when you’re having fun!
