Here is what went down:
– Warm up run followed by some warm up exercises.
– 4 corners around the large parking lot with the 4 Bs (Bobby Hurley’s, Big Boys, Bomb Jacks and Broad Jumps). 3 laps!
– Work on the wall with Air Press, Donkey Kicks and Jabs
– Partner work! Merkins, V-Ups and Dry Docks. 100 as a team.
– Back to the wall for some mores Presses, Donkey Kicks and Jabs.
– Mosey to the basketball court…. wait this court is too small. Mosey to the other basketball court… wait this court is too small too! Mosey to the parking lot for 7s! Mike Tysons and Burpees.
– Back to COT
– Done!
