What had happened was: Deep Dish led the birthday Q with multiples of 14 and 28 — unfortunately, neither of those are his birthday. The PAX were happy there was no call for 56 burpees.

Highlights include the music, the Billboard Hot 100 from 1969. The PAX all knew the songs but J-Woww knew the lyrics — the power of the Double Respect! Good to see him back out on the gloom as he deals with the shoulder injury.

Good times, plenty of laughs during the workout and hopefully DD’s urologist appointment later on went well but not too well.
