So we started with a mosey, some warm up exercises, and then got to the gear.
15 reps of each and then some down and back across the parking lot.
We added on each time doing the following:
– squat thrusters
– bicep curls
– goblet squats
– bench press
– kettlebell swings
– tricep extensions
We took a break toward the end to make sure we got in the “exercise of the week”; viz., the “Elizabeth Warren”.
