Hi-hat brought energy and a little naming if his own. Chipotle was a little confused and offended when H-hat called for “small boy crunches” — we all were. Most PAX went with LBCs and that seemed to do the trick.

Many other exercises were called, laughs released, tears shared. It was a good morning in the gloom.

The outcome of SBCs was that Chipotle agreed to Q the following week in order to correct the desecration of LBCs and a solid ab effort.
