A strong dozen men showed up to join PAX around F3 Nation to complete Cardinal’s VQ.

WARMUP: Mosey to the parking lot and wait while Das fiddled around with the music. Then some SSH and Moroccan Night Clubs.

Round 1:
5 Burpees, 10 Big Boys, 10 Heels 2 Heaven
Run a lap

Round 2:
10 Burpees, 20 crunches, 30 mountain climbers
Run a lap

Round 4:
15 Burpees, 30 squats, 30 Freddie Mercury
Run a lap


Cardinal passed away in F3 Knoxville last week during his VQ and AOs across the nation have been completing it for him and Knoxville this past week. Honestly, it’s a tough weinke as he was aiming for the MABA burpee challenge — add the circumstances and story behind it and it’s even more difficult. A lot of sore guys walking around on Wednesday. The burpees were tough, but the squats really added to the pain.

YHC was honored to stand with these men and do a mountain of pain.

On the lighter side, the music selection was taken from the Jan 17, 1996 Rock n Roll Hall of Fame Inductees: Gladys Knight and the Pips, Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Little Willie John, Jefferson Airplane, and The Shirrelles. Plus, the finisher of U2’s “Pride (In the Name of Love)” as it references MLK Jr.
