Killer workout that uses the whiteboard, so it’s pretty much done before I even start Q’ing.
This morning the complaining started right away with the warmup as it started to rain harder the more we did. So…let’s just get right to the main event!
12 Days of Christmas
– 1 lap
– 2 tricep extensions
– 3 American hammers (2 = 1)
– 4 simbas
– 5 squat thrusters
– 6 bicep curls
– 7 goblet squats
– 8 plank pull throughs (2 = 1)
– 9 bent over rows
– 10 chest press
– 11 kettlebell swings
– 12 upright rows
Raining most of the time, pouring some of it, and then stopped when we go back to CoT. :man-shrugging:
Great push by the pax this morning. Over 2.5 miles plus a lot of kettlebell work. :muscle:
