What had happened was: A quick mosey around Pets’ Mart to some short stretching and right into the work out! Four rounds of 10 Kneeling Gravediggers, 10 Goblet Squats, 10 Fielder Curls, 10 Front Raise and 10 Trap raises (Plate Style). Graduated wind sprints in between to bule, green, yellow and red cones. Partners went to break out sessions to ab rollers for Lucky 7s .

Seriously, Chill deserves a 👏 for coming back for a second visit. Posse and Hatchet did an excellent job and may have a new love for ab rollers . The usual double trouble crew Schneider/Tom Evans and Chicken Little made it out and crushed it (when the chicken’s shirt comes of things are gettin’real). Chastain showed true leadership with an all out tank dump at the end…and then 🥞 flat in the parking lot. Damascus questioned my music choices made possible on a drug house block speaker (inspiration from Foundation) and my possible use of stimulates. Rain Man, Gerber and Tanyatine-Tim Braun rounded out the rest of the crew, crushed as usual and set the pace for the rest of us.
