Mosey to first alcove, partner up with partner of opposite speed.
One partner is doing an exercise while the other is running to the other alcove, does one Burpee and come back – as a timer. Exercises are: jabs, donkey kicks, air presses, balls to the wall

Mosey to roundabout. Paul Abdul to MS with 10x squats and 10x Carolina Drydogs
Mosey back in direction of COT. 20x calf raises on stairs.
Mosey back to COT. 4x American Hammers, 1x Big boy, 8+2 and so on until 20+5.
