-Nice long mosey to the large parking lot.
-The usual warm up exercises before we each found a partner and a rock.
-As a team, 150 of each (Curls, Triceps and Overhead Press) while the other partner runs and does a Burpee.
-Return the rocks and off to the picnic tables.
-2 rounds of Dips, Step Ups and Derkins with a hot lap included.
-Mosey back towards COT and find a new partner on the way.
-100 Mike Tysons and 200 Donkey Kicks while the other partner goes up and over the wall for a hot lap.
-Done
