What had happened was:
We did some moseying around Cutty, including some leg burn workouts (lunges + squats pyramid) , ab burn workout (big boys + flutters pyramid), Partner work – run + Tysons + hand slap merkins + dry dock. Partner work with burpees + dips + incline Merkins. Wrapped up with a long run back to COT with some exercises at the end.
Others ran long distances. Congrats to Drive By – Rob Rosenthal Glidah for hitting huge mile stones on Strava (1800 and 1000 miles on the app).
