THE THANG: as rain man had accurately predicted, we did 5 miles and some merkins. Easy day today. So easy that Bottlecap and Recalculating took a different way back to get in “extra exercises”. So easy that RainMan, Gerber and Dasher got in at 4am to Pre run, knowing what was in store. So easy that Ice 9 didn’t even once think about throwing up. So easy that Drive By told me this was easier than running trails. So easy that Smithers gave me a dirty look and said “Lrc rules” as he passed me running home. Other than that, not one complaint from the veteran pax.
So yeah, I was able to make it 8 minutes before getting the itch to leave campus and dodge cars on the way to Lawson pool to do some pull ups, mile Tyson’s, merkins, merkins and bomb jacks. Found a nice little hill as well. extra credit for the win.
