5:15am – workout starts, let’s mosey
– Mosey to the HS lot, quick warmup
– Mosey to the alcove on the side of the HS
– 10 merkins, 10 donkey kicks, 10 second wall hold, 10 big boys
– Continue down to 1 of everything.
– Mosey to the bleachers.
– Snake the bleachers with 5 Tyson’s at the top
– When you get to the other side bear :bear: crawl the 100 yards back to the start. Repeat with 10 heels to heaven at the top and bear :bear: crawl back.
– Mosey to rock pile. Various exercises worth rock with run breaks/dips/planks in between
– (Curls, shoulder press, chest press, simbas, thrusters)
– Mosey to sidewalk in bus lot for triple nickel
– 5 flutters at bottom (2 is 1 of course), 5 burpees at the top, repeat 5 times.
– fast mosey back (sub 7 minute mile pace)
– Done! Soaked!
