I’ve been doing F3 for over 4 years now and have been the Q over 100 times. I remember most of my Qs and many of the workouts but the ones that are marked indelibly in my brain are the really dumb ones like today. Temps in the mid 30s. Wind a constant presence. Rain ranging from steady mist to hard drizzle. My face was frozen on the opening mosey. We persevered.
