What had happened was:
Ran around N Providence St doing some ladders of a “Merkin Shredder + Peter Parker” at each light (66 total) then Jump Squats at each light coming back.

Found our way to the new Park for partner work. Then some “7’s” which were more like 4’a due to timing.

Finished up with the remaining 7’s at COT. YHC prayed us out.

Prayers up for Hi-Hat as he has heart surgery today.

Happy to Q as a returned favor to Easy Button for Q’ing at short_circuit recently (and Chastain as well).
