What had happened was:

Coming off an NC State championship weekend found Elmer’s gleefully waiting for Gerber to make good on their bet by having many options of NC State shirts to wear. Fuse Box rolled in with a less grumpy downright joyful mood which had some of us unnerved.

Opening mosey to Truist for some warmup and 7’s. Heard somebody singing “We are the champions!”

Mosey’d to lot across from Moe’s and bear crawl to Moe’s. Some grumbling, Q included.

Headed into Cureton for some Mike Tyson’s at each street light and then speedskaters coming back.

Laps around Forest Hill with exercises at each corner. Squats, Big Bois then LBCs.

Had a few minutes left and asked if we had any NC State fans in the audience. Turns out we did and let them call some exercises. Freshly minted honorary fan Gerber wrapped it up with HEELS to Heaven.
