What had happened was:
It was a beautiful day at Titan, the premiere Saturday morning AO. A solid turnout with a sketchy weather forecast. We spent about 30 minutes on Titan field with some Starfish and Paula Abduls. LBCs just to make sure our backs got wet. Moseyed to COT stopping off at the Dumpster Hill for a quick fix. Back to COT and Bottlecap took over the Kettlebell portion. He did ok. Not his best work. The KB Triangles were fun. Ended with Have a Nice Day. Firestarter took us out.
New AO-Stairmaster official launch this Thursday at Cutty Stadium. Sounds fun.
