Pleasant morning. I can do cpr and have a phone, let’s go. Q randomly chose to do 49 of each exercise as we ran up and down the road behind the church. Modified 7’s : 7 merkins run down to the valley 7 wide arm merkins run up to other side and do 7 diamond merkins. Repeat 7 times while also adding 7 burpees on the way back. Marry with 49 bigbois/ 49 lbcs/ 49 american hammers.
Then it was transporter’s turn to lead who also randomly chose to do 49 of kettlebell exercises. It was a grind.
I saw Rain Man with perfect form on his merkins and thought let me try that too … awful. Zinfandel couldn’t stop wishing q on his forthcoming birthday. Chastain and Transporter lead from the front. FNG waterboard had no gloves the whole time (it was freezing)
Q felt grateful for f3 WXW and the support he got that morning.
