Swing Belks and some running for 30 minutes while getting harassed by the PAX about my music choice , being cheap for not having a premium subscription and listen to Dasher try to order things from Siri on my phone. –

Head to fields for 25 minutes for
Bear crawling , bunny hops , lunge walking and sprints
Big Boy – LBC Webb 1/4- get to 10/40
Head back to COR and finish WEBB

Dear lord if you plan on having music TITAN— here are three requirements.
1. You better have a premium subscription or figure out a why NO advertisements play..
2. please take a poll before your Q and get EVERYONEs ( aka Bottlecaps) suggestions.
3. Don’t play 70’s, 80’s or 90’s hit radio on pandora ( even though that was pretty much requested).
