Mosey from COT to the center of the front road, next to the flag pole. Side Straddle Hops x 15. Then Mountain Climbers, Plank Jacks, Peter Parkers, Parker Peters. Finish with a mosey to the stop sign on the south end.
-Run to the first light pole and do 25 Merkins then run backwards to the start
-Run to the second light pole and do 50 Dry Docks then karaoke back, switching sides at the halfway point
-Run to the third light pole and do 75 Mountain Climbers (1=1) then karaoke back, switching sides at the light pole, and then switching to backwards run at the next light pole
-Run to the fourth light pole and do 100 Side Straddle Hops
Mosey back to the south stop sign. Paula Abduls alternating between 10 Speed Skaters (2=1) and 10 Squats
Mosey back to the southern stop sign then grab some wall on the school. 50 air presses, civilian count.
Chastain is a Jackass. An accurate statement but also an exercise. 10 Donkey Kicks followed by a 10 second hold with your feet on the wall (unless you’re Ice9 who refused to comply). Repeato with 9 DKs and a 9 second hold, and again with 8 and so on…
Mosey to the northern stop sign next to the row of bushes.
7s with Mike Tysons one end of the bush and Bomb Jacks on the other end.
Mosey BACK to the southern stop sign for a little combo action. 8 Bear Crawls, 4 Walking Lunges, and 2 Broad Jumps. Repeato until you get to the light pole. Run to the next light pole. Repeato the Bear Crawls, Lunges, and Jumps. Keep it going.
One hot lap around the COT parking lot to round off the mileage.
